
Vivian Nguyen (she/her)
Executive Director, Founder
Vivian is an undergrad at Stanford University with a passion for girl’s empowerment in STEM and entrepreneurship. She was named one of the top “Six Teens Making the World a Better Place” by Forbes Magazine. Vivian is excited to expand the girls’ mentorship program to universities and chapters internationally. On the pre-med track, she is heavily involved in research, biotechnology, and medicinal chemistry. She loves watching Suits, reading game theory, and exploring the city.

Belle Choi (she/her)
Executive Director
Belle is a rising senior at Allen High School. hopes to continue expanding The Formula Project as much as possible around the DFW area and start branching out to cities all over the US to charter the Formula’s own chapters in more communities. She is planning on pursuing a pre-law track in hopes of becoming a corporate or medical malpractice lawyer. She absolutely loves listening to music, going to concerts, and spending time with her friends!

Anya Choudhary (she/her)
Vice President
I am currently attending Cornell University as a National Meinig Family Scholar with career interests in finance and neuroscience. In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano, practicing taekwondo, hiking, and writing/baking. Additionally, I frequently direct media advocacy & political campaigns, engage in research & international presentations, and lead domestic and global charity/public service initiatives. As Vice President, I hope to expand the Formula Project’s sisterhood to champion inclusive leadership and safe-spaces for a larger diversity of women and non-binary individuals across the globe.

Rhea Choudhary (she/her)
Vice President
I attend the University of Virginia as a Jefferson Scholar and am interested in finance & the promotion of gender parity. I’ve engaged in various research opportunities and love presenting my findings at conferences, directing the initiatives of Delta Reach, and serving as a mentor for my international cohorts of students. In my free time, I also enjoy playing piano, practicing Taekwondo, baking, and writing. As Vice President, I aim to develop an organization-wide emphasis on underserved areas across the globe affected by economic and political instability.

Aye Chan Moe (she/her)
Chief Marketing Officer
I’m a junior at UC Berkeley (Class of 2027, Spring) majoring in Cognitive Science with a focus on Neuroscience and Product Management. I’ve conducted research at MIT and Stanford, and I’m passionate about exploring the intersection of brain science and technology. I moved to the U.S. two and a half years ago, and I’m excited to keep growing my global perspective.

As Founder and President of my school’s Women in STEM Club & while volunteering with multiple organizations, I work to empower young women to explore opportunities in STEM. My name is Ridhi! I’m a sophomore at Independence High School and the Academies of Loudoun, and I’m super excited to be a part of The Formula Project executive team. I hope to see The Formula Project expand across the country this year, and I hope we can reach as many girls as possible! In my free time, I work on my research project, teach myself how to code, read books, play my viola, and practice debate.

I’m interested in Software Engineering and Quant, and I’ve been researching AI/ML with a focus on making it inclusive and accessible to all. Outside of tech, I enjoy photography, designing, and listening to music.

Emma is a freshman at Stanford University from Chicago, IL studying computer science + design. As a Mexican-American daughter, Emma has learned the significance of representation, and she is devoted to closing the opportunity gap in STEM. Outside of The Formula Project, she has been involved with Codifica + Code, GirlCon, iFeminist, Kode With Klossy, and Little League Coding use STEM as a tool for change.

Hi, my name is Andrea. I’m a sophomore at Caltech studying computer science and business. I’m also Captain of the Women’s Varsity Volleyball Team and a SURF Scholar in the Shapiro Lab, where I’m researching the underlying mechanisms of neuromodulation for biomedical applications. Outside of school, I love spending time with friends, family, and meeting new people!

Hi, it’s Rohitha! I’m an IB Diploma student at Mira Loma High School in Sacramento, CA, dedicated to leadership, service, and global engagement. I’ve founded student-led initiatives like Smile Society, have taken on statewide leadership roles, partake in international programs, and have gained experience through a business development and marketing internship alongside early ventures in business research. Outside of academics, I enjoy dance, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
