Our Mission

The Formula Project, featured in Forbes Magazine, is a fiscally sponsored 501(c)(3) nonprofit mentorship program for girls from elementary to high school. We aim to develop interpersonal and career skills through monthly workshops, guest speaker sessions, and monetary scholarships. Our focus is on providing low-income and underrepresented girls from Title I schools with access to educational and economic resources.”

Who can join The Formula Project?

Anyone is encouraged to volunteer with us! However, the Formula Project’s mentorship program is geared towards girls and non-binary individuals from elementary to high school, especially those from low-income and underrepresented backgrounds. We also welcome college students who want to volunteer as mentors.

How can I become a mentor or mentee?

To become a mentor or mentee, simply sign up through our website (navigate to mentorship tab). We provide training for mentors to ensure they are equipped to offer the best support possible.

Does it cost money to participate in the mentorship program?

No, it’s completely free!
